Hi! My name is Mushky, and I am the face behind Onarollcrafts.com. Thank you for visiting my website.
As a young girl I often had a hard time throwing out things other people would refer to as junk. To me, these items were treasures, holding promises of long afternoons spent surrounded by glue and scissors, creating projects and collages completely unrecognizable from the “junk” they were made of. My mother would say "I never saw a girl with more junk drawers than clothing drawers.”
But as I grew, so did my collections. In twelfth grade I worked at a Chabad day camp in Puerto Rico. One of the other counselors showed me how to make a simple pouch out of duct tape. I looked at the pouch and I said to myself “Wow! This is brilliant. Why stop with a pouch? There is so much potential here!" I started experimenting and discovered a whole world of duct tape.
The first time I went shopping for duct tape, I filled one cart to the brim with only brightly colored rolls of duct tape. On my way out of the store, the security guard stopped me and asked, “Excuse me, Miss, what are you doing with all that duct tape?” Now, whenever I shop, I bring along samples.
Ever since I discovered the wonders of duct tape I decided not to keep it all to myself, but share it with others. For more information please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. 718-964-8672
